What is Thermage FLX?+
Thermage FLX is a non-invasive monopolar radiofrequency system designed to heat deeper tissue while integrated cooling helps protect the skin surface. Treatment planning is individualized by area, anatomy, skin quality, and goals.
What areas can be treated?+
After evaluation, Thermage FLX may be considered for selected concerns involving the face, jawline, neck, décolleté, eye area, and body. The appropriate tip, treatment map, and settings depend on the area and the individual.
How many treatments will I need?+
Many Thermage plans are designed around a single treatment, followed by gradual change and reassessment. This is not a promise that one visit is appropriate or sufficient for everyone.
What does treatment feel like?+
People commonly describe brief sensations of heat with cooling and vibration. Comfort varies by area, setting, and person. Your provider monitors your response and adjusts treatment appropriately.
Is there downtime?+
Many people return to normal activities promptly, but temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, altered sensation, or other side effects can occur. Your provider will review risks and aftercare before treatment.
